Community Environmental Center organizes and supports several events throughout the year. Our events are aimed at educating, creating awareness, and helping communities that are struggling due to lack of resources and/or the effects of climate change. If you would like to learn more about your environment and how you can help, attend our events and change your life and the lives of others.

Anyone is welcome to attend these events. Some events are free and others have a cost because the funds go to maintaining our organization and also to the communities in need.

Community Outreach Week

September 4th to 10th – Different communities

If you would like to come and help us build proper farms, educate children and locals, and hand out donated clothes and food, come and join us on any of these days. We like to spread out the number of people as we don’t want to completely overwhelm the communities we visit. So, we ask that any volunteers let us know which day they would like to participate. This event is free and anyone can be a volunteer.

Seminar on Community Projects

September 16th – Little Rock Community Center

A seminar focusing on how communities can start their own projects to help them be more eco-friendly and environmentally-minded. We share general tips for making changes in households as well as give guidance on how to start projects. We give a step-by-step plan from the inception of the idea to fundraising to implementation.

Come back soon for more great events.
