Multifamily Performance Program Temporarily Closed to New Applications

NYSERDA, citing higher than expected demand, closed their Multifamily Performance Program to new applications, effective immediately.  NYSERDA has an additional funding source lined up, but must rework the program to conform to the new rules requested by the funding source.

No one, including NYSERDA, is sure how long the suspension will last, but many are estimating around 3-6 months.

All MPP projects that already have a signed and executed Participation Agreement will be unaffected by the suspension of new applications.
